7x why to get up early: The success will not wait until you will wake up!

The most frequented answer? The lack of time? There are people who achieved more than the others! So why not to get up earlier and do the morning things? You don’t need to study plenty books on time management to know the basic rule – get up early, you will do more. It’s need of think – why to get up in the morning and what are the morning goals – to keep motivation and determination.
The successful people got up early in the past and it isn’t different in the present, maybe this need is more intensive – so managers can answer to their emails and work up their thoughts, politicians meet with all the news, the sportsmen to use cycles of their body more effectively… So the most of them do the morning workout or the other activities for their body. So why to lose time? The life is the most valuable gift we have and the time is the most valuable asset, so we can’t afford to sleep all the time!

Early in the morning is the best time for personal development. How many times have you said that you don’t have time to read a book of personal development or the other, or to start learning new language? Get up early and read in the morning! The morning rest is gift from heaven for personal development – proffesion, emotion, psychic, mental and spirit. Just start in the morning.

The morning is the best time for your workout, there is no better way.
3. Be ready for big challenges
Get rid of small issues in the morning therefore they don’t obstruct your attention therefore you can concentrate on key issues of the day. It’s good enough to do some emails and your mind is relaxed.
4. Increase your productivity
This idea is more than simple – when you get up early, you will do more in the single day than you do ussually. Do you have a lot of to do? So get up early and start working early and do more work.
5. Use the morning fresh for thinking
The morning is the time when the mind is the clearest. 80% of all managers get up before 5:30 am. This is the part of the secret of success.
6. Meditate
The meditation brings rest and emotional peace. To start day by meditation brings balance in whole day and gets better quality of life.
7. Win above the transit
The morning is a big opportunity how to increase effectivity of your own transit! When you arrive early to work, you have more time which you can use differently. It’s your time, so why be in a traffic jam?
Wake up, open the window and set up your goals for the new day! The body will adapt on early getting up after 20-30 days.
